An extraordinary year is coming to an end. Not only in terms of completed works or major deliveries but also in terms of technological progress and innovations. Among the most important projects of 2023, just to name a few, it’s impossible not to mention the Court House in Jersey City, for which we worked on twenty-four judges’ chambers, or the Frik Collection in New York City, where we handled floors, coverings, and stairs. And then, the Atrium Renovatio on 5th Avenue in New York, a breathtaking work in terms of aesthetics, as well as special and original projects like the bathtub and the lobby desk we created for two clients in the Big Apple. Regarding innovations, 2023 was the year of the introduction of a revolutionary feature to Dry-lay: a camera-based scanning system installed in TIA’s warehouses that made the laying of projects even more impeccable, to the great delight of our clients and architects.

An extraordinary year, as we said. A year we are about to say goodbye to, making way for a 2024 that, we already know, expects a lot from TIA: just to give you a preview, in the new year, we will be working for Swarovski in Milan’s Piazza Duomo, as well as in several lobbies in New York City. But we don’t want to reveal too much…we’ll just tell you one last thing, the most important one:

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
Try to spend some time with your loved ones and slow down a bit.
2024 awaits us with great enthusiasm!
